Have a reunion, wedding or get together and enjoy the great food and wine of Millthorpe in the privacy and quiet of Warriwillah. Our atmospheric mud brick cottage is available. With its high vaulted roof, mezzanine bedroom and cosy wood fire it’s an ideal venue for groups to enjoy coming together for a family stay.

Dogs are welcome at Warriwillah, please discuss your family pet when you make a booking. We also host weddings ore other small functions in the gardens, please discuss your events with us when you make your enquiry.

About Millthorpe

Set among gently rolling hills close to the city of Orange, Millthorpe is a picturesque, compact and historic village - the very picture of Country NSW charm, with many fine heritage buildings and streetscapes.

Warriwillah Rooms

All our rooms look out over the leafy courtyard which is a wonderful place to relax or chat with friends. Guests have access to the garden and BBQ facilities. All our rooms have en-suite bathrooms, colour TV’s fridges and breakfast, tea and coffee making facilities. You wake up to the sounds of birds all year round. Enjoy the fresh air and walk around our gardens. Spring is especially wonderful for the bulb and blossom display that delights all the senses.


- A living Museum -

Millthorpe is a heritage village with its history dating from 1834. Originally named Spring Grove it was very popular in the 1870's when the railway came to the village giving local farmers access to further profitable markets. Millthorpe is fortunate to have four distinct season making it special to visit any time of year.

  • Visit the Golden Memories Museum and gain insight into our national heritage.
  • A range of art works, ceramics and jewellery are to be found in various galleries.
  • Antiques, home wares, and yummy treats can be purchased through many stores scattered through the village.
  • Millthorpe boasts two award winning restaurants, two friendly pubs, a cafe (open weekends only) and a corner store.
  • Wander through the streetscape with its heritage facades.
  • And don't forget to visit Millthorpe Railway Station (no longer in use) which has been restored to its former glory.
